for the group project I only be doing 1 recommendation:

Question 8 – My recommendation will be to increase the tuition rate by just $.25 an hour, they will go from a loss of $5,500 to a profit of $18,210. I believe ACDC charges reasonable rates. Other daycares are much more expensive, for this reason, I believe this change can benefit both parties. (write a page about this recommendations, how to implement and the potential results.

Just for reference (you don’t have to include or write anything about this) this was my answer for Questions 7: Question 7 – Toddler care and pre-k are operating successfully as the only programs to generate a profit, they both have over 30 students, while infants only have 11. Infants would need more attendance to generate a profit.
