Instructions As part of the continued effort to mature an organization’s risk management process, you have been asked to document the risk management life cycle activities and processes that occur at the portfolio, program, and project domain levels by developing a job aid for staff. This job aid will be used to educate portfolio managers, program managers, and project managers on an organization’s risk management processes. You will prepare a presentation to walk through the documentation you have created. For this assignment, you will develop a job aid that addresses the following questions: • How would you describe the risk management life cycle? • How would understanding the risk management life cycle benefit the Project Management Office (PMO) and the organization as a whole? • How would you diagram the risk management life cycle activities and processes for the portfolio, program, and project level? • How would you narrate the activities and processes occurring at each level of the risk management life cycle for each domain level (portfolio, program, and project)? • What are some key success factors you would emphasize for each phase of the life cycle? Length: 2-3 pages, not including the title and reference pages, and include at least one process diagram References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources. The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
