1. Based on your strategic analysis and internal equity, develop a pay strategy for your
organization. Describe why you have chosen what you did and how you feel it is the best
solution for your company. You may use different strategies for different categories of jobs
(exempt/nonexempt) (10 points)
2. Using O*Net or the Bureau of Labor Statistics, locate salaries for your benchmark jobs. CITE
YOUR SOURCE! (5 points)
3. Using the point values you developed from the job evaluations you did in the internal equity
portion of the project, develop pay line(s) for your company and use those pay lines/equations
to determine salaries for all the jobs at your company. (or at least the jobs for which you have
done job evaluation) (25 points)
4. Using the pay line(s) you developed in #3, determine the salaries for your benchmark jobs. (10
