Be sure to include factors such as overall population, percentage of homeownership, education levels, income, as well as race/ethnicity. Along with your description of your city’s demographics, begin to speculate about how your city’s demographics might relate to your city’s current and future economic or community development. NOTE: this assignment should be written in narrative form. Please do not simply offer a list of demographic charts. Your analysis should be no fewer than 4 double-spaced pages.
